Their price was 1/3 of the other person’s (not his fault, he was getting it from elsewhere). But again, that speaks to their customer support. If they have it in stock, they'll deliver it the same day or the next day and they're located in deep VA and my business is in northern MD. That's fast. No other used dealer in the DMV can come close to ETA's. Even at retail prices, they're usually cheaper than their counterparts. Their yard is also a part of a large program called TEAM PRP and they ensure all yards comply with their guidelines and regulations.
