I have been looking for a radiator for my Jaguar F-Pace 2.0 for over a month. I’m from California and not one dismantling yard from Long Beach down to San Diego had one. I ordered a bumper for a 2017 Hyundai Elantra on 2/24 expecting to receive it on 2/28 in Clarksville, TN,.
Unfortunately, it was a delay in shipping so I had to cancel the customer appt for 3/1. Michael informed me I would have it by … More 3/7 & I rescheduled customer for 3/8.
Fast forward to 3/6 Michael called me to let me know the Clarksville route truck broke down and they were unable to deliver my bumper. He heard the stressed in my voice because he knew my customer was driving 2 hours on Saturday for the repair. I asked if I could meet someone in Nashville. He put me on hold and spoke with Brian (shipping manager) together these guys had my bumper on another truck the next day without inconveniencing me!!!!!!!! I had one Happy customer on Saturday.
I just wanted to say thank you for making a way, I appreciate everyone at Raceway including the Ladies in the front office who also sent my "return core" checks with the deliver driver. Great customer service!
