You’re not going to get price gouged & they are going to do what they can to help you. Oh! & my “part” was in their shop the very next day!! Wallace was who initially helped me. No other used dealer in the DMV can come close to ETA's. Even at retail prices, they're usually cheaper than their counterparts. Their yard is also a part of a large program called TEAM PRP and they ensure all yards comply with their guidelines and regulations.
