- Highly recommend CASEY SHOCKLEY here at Bessler Auto Parts, he never fails to go above and beyond for our company with his outstanding customer service. Thank you Casey for always doing the most for us, we truly appreciate you! Go ask for … More Casey, you won't regret it!
- I’ve ordered several parts from Morgan and she is at the top of her game. Every-time has been a fantastic experience. I would recommend her to anyone. Friendly, helpful, and you can tell she really cares.
- I ordered a BMW F30 hood from Blessler Auto Parts and I was so surprised on how the management was so helpful, thoughtful, organized and so easy to work with. I went to the website and chatted with Billy. This conversation was more than … More helpful. We ended up speaking over the phone and the Billy helped me finalize the whole order over the phone. The price was amazing and couldn’t find any better deal anywhere else. I received the hood exactly as described and within 2 business days. Many thanks to Bessler Auto Parts team and to their honesty and professionalism. Looking forward to order more parts from them in the future.
- Went to pick up a part for our car and they have a wide variety of parts. They were also very nice. Todd (and another gentleman who's name I didn't get) was very helpful and knowledgeable.
- Have bought many many parts from Bessler's. Honest and up front professionals. They have a ton of salespeople who help get the right part for the job on the first try, whether I'm working with Adam, Bobby, Caleb, Darce, Erik, … More Jason or Willy they give great customer service. Top notch.
- Well to start bought a 4.0 engine.. when paying guy says 3 to 5 day for delivery.. after the 6th day I called with question ... where is my engine.. I was told it's still in car gonna take awhile.. and asked u still want or canceled … More ur order only options i got.. manager wasnt willing to make me hsppy one bit.. just kept saying u want or cancel order....so rude.. I begain to say for 3rd time u said last week when I paid for it I was told it still in car they need 3 to 5 days to take it out and to delivery... well 13 days later received my engine .. picked up took to shop to put all new gaskets on like u no the oil pan.. first part we did.. to find timing chaine parts in bottom of pan. . So called besslers now I'm told there will b another engine shipped gonna be 2 weeks... so now it's a month total wait to replace a engine.. not happy I was lied to to get my money... 3 to 5 days.. turns into lots of bull shit... just not a happy customer... I understand I'm getting used parts... what I don't understand is the lies to get u to purchase
