- The engine they sold us was easy to reinstall, clean, professionally removed, not all dinged up, which made it easy to reinstall. All openings were capped to prevent dirt or debris from getting in it, and it was in good shape. The office … More staff was very friend, and the delivery driver communicated very well and was also very pleasant. I highly recommend them.
- Great online service and the staff at pickup were great. The office staff were welcoming and friendly. The staff at the pickup were very helpful and had my order ready within minutes.
- Mullins Race Engines is the he best of the best! Very clean and organized and wonderful people to talk to. We drove many states to see them and they went out of their way to accommodate us. We appreciate Tammy and her mom taking time … More on a Sunday to show us around and to answer all my husbands questions. Great people and very welcoming! Thanks a bunch from way way up North people 😁 👍👍👍👍
- We order from them quite often and they are always responsive and respectful! Love doing business with them! From the team here at Sals auto care & detail
- Our car was destroyed by hail on I-55 when we were 4 hours from home visiting STL. I saw Mullins was nearby on Google Maps and had the car towed there. Everyone was great to us. Some places might have tried to take advantage of people in … More a tight spot far from home, but Ty Mullins gave us an extremely fair price for our vehicle, and was great to work with through the whole process. They treat people right.
- Called and spoke with Garrett about wheels for my car, purchased and went about my day.
Garrett called me back in a very timely manner advising me that the said wheels I purchased were unfortunately cracked and a refund would be issued. … More He checked the other wheels they had that would fit my car, but none were safe to use or repair.
He refunded what I paid, letting me know it would take up to 10 days, yes, I do know that once a refund is issued it's totally up to the bank on how quickly it gets into your account. With Thanksgiving I figured it may take a little bit longer, but still waited.
After the time period expired I called back and (so sorry I forgot your name!) spoke with someone.
She checked with accounting and let me know there was an error but it should be returned soon. It was literally the next day that I got the message it was refunded.
EVERYONE that I spoke with, from the initial inquiry, to my phone call back to Garrett for purchase, to the two other ladies I spoke with was fkcn amazing. They were knowledgeable, helped with providing alternative places to call, and were patient with me on the phone. I hate making phones calls but really had a great experience with Mullins.
That being said, they deserve more than 5 stars for going above and beyond to help me out. Thank you everyone and I appreciate you all! Definitely will be back when looking for more parts for my other cars.
